Eliseo B Cruz Garcia is the AVP, community development officer at First Federal Lakewood.
In his current role, Eliseo ensures that the bank is lending, investing and servicing all the communities in which they do business with a focus on the low- to moderate-income areas. Additionally, his areas of focus include affordable housing, economic/workforce development, sharing financial literacy skills for adults and children, and supporting small businesses. He works with various neighborhoods around Cleveland and is committed to building relationships with community leaders. Eliseo is a board member at El Centro and is on the small business committee at LakewoodAlive.
He previously worked in the retail banking division at First Federal Lakewood and as a personal banker at PNC Bank.
Eliseo received his bachelor’s degree in applied management from Ohio University. He is expected to receive his MBA in summer 2024.
